Mental Health
Mental Health support groups are facilitated by a Peer Support Specialist who addresses depression, mental health, and how it impacts the person in recovery. This group includes tools and resources to address member concerns. People experiencing depression, life changes, and early recovery benefit from meetings with members who have shared life experiences. This facilitates real and raw conversations about shared strategies, family problems, or other life circumstances. Members support and strengthen each other as they learn to problem solve and cope with life’s challenges.
